• Service: This tour includes: visit as per itinerary, light lunch at farmhouse,beverages, city taxes, pick-up at and return to your hotel (for the list of places covered by the pick-upservice please read Details and Information). This one day-excursion is collective (in each Jeep you canfind a maximum of 6 people on) for duration of 1 day from 08:30 to 16:30.
• Details and information: The pick-up service (two way) is possible from and to all accommodations facilities (hotels, b&b, private apartments, etc.) in the towns of: Taormina, Giardini Naxos, Trappitello, Sant'Alessio, Fiumefreddo, Fondachello di Mascali, Riposto, Giarre, Linguaglossa, Randazzo, Piedimonte Etneo, Castiglione di Sicilia, Francavilla di Sicilia, Motta Camastra, Gaggi, Zafferana etnea, Mineo, S. Venerina. Participants are kindly requested to write down during the purchase the name and the address of their accommodation. We will inform you by telephone about the rough pick-up time. We recommend you to leave a valid phone number, otherwise you will be informed only by e-mail. The pick-up times, departure and return times are subject to changes depending on external factors. It’s suggested to dress for hot conditions (although light rainwear and warm jacket are useful inthe evening when temperatures can drop, especially in November-April) and wear comfortable shoes. Please be so kind as to pay attention that in winter season you will find snow. Anyone intending to visit mt Etna or the Mountainous sides of Sicily should bring warm clothing and hiking boots or other sturdy shoes. The most important ingredient to a successful excursion is exploration. Please pack comfortable hiking boots. During summer and spring season take with you a wind-jacket. During winter season use snow-jackets. We would definitely recommend sunhats/sunglasses/sunscreen during the peak season and especially in the summer months of June, July, August when the sun is most fierce.

• Accomplishments and additional options: In order to buy this tour you are required a 10% down payment. The seller could require payment of the balance starting from 30 days before the date of the tour. If any change to the arrangements, you will be advised sufficiently in advance. For these reasons we also suggest to provide a valid phone number. We strongly discourage people with limited mobility from buying this tour. It’s suggested advise us about special allergy, vegetarian or religious requirements at the time of booking (please use the comments field).
  Cancellation policy:
  -Down payment never refundable;
  -25% of total reservation will not be refunded up to 15 days before arrival;
  -50% of total reservation will not be refunded up to 14 to 10 days before arrival;
  -80% of total reservation will not be refunded up to 9 to 4 days before arrival;
  -No refund in all other cases.
