• Service: Weekend tour: 3 nights / 4 days. Small size group: Limited from 1 to 16 people. Style of Accommodation: 3 stars superior Hotel. This tour is operated only with a Driver-Guide up to 8 people. From 9 to 16 people, a second minibus with a driver is combined. WHAT IS INCLUDED: Treatment in HB in double room; Packed lunch for 2 days; Naturalistic Guide service for all days; Transport (minibuses with drivers) for all days; Insurance. WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED: Flight, single room supplement, Dinner drinks, Gratuities to Tour Director/Driver-Guide, Local Guide and Driver, Porterage at airport, Luggage handling fee at hotel, Beverages and meals not mentioned in the program,  Paid tastings, Tips, Admission fees (the price of this tour does not include the Admission Fees, which are usually around Euros 8,00/10,00 per person payable directly on the spot. If you are over 65 or under 18 years old and you have EU or Commonwealth Passport, the admission fees are free of charge for you showing your document --or copy of your document-- on the spot.), All that isn' t included under the voice “The price includes”.
• Details and information: In order to purchase this tour, the seller requires a deposit of 20% on the total price. Then, you will be contacted directly by the seller for the payment of the balance. DEGREE DIFFICULT: EASY. Departure dates from Palermo/Trapani: from March to June and from September to October. The sale of the tour is open from 1 to 16 people. The fee per person will be calculated on the final and total number of participants to date of the closure of bookings. The alleged participants will be contacted at the date of the closure of bookings, to tell the total number of participants with the corresponding price. It also provides the opportunity to sell a private/reserved tour on request. If you want to buy the exclusive tour, in a private/reserved way without the partecipation of other people, you can communicate directly to the time of the claim. In wich case the price charged will be that corresponding to the number of participants in the private group. For the naturalistic excursions the following equipment is required: hiking shoes, backpack containing water, raincoats or similar, cap. The Driver Guide is not a Licensed Tourist Guide -- Licensed Tourist Guide: are the only professionals, with a Regional license, permitted to conduct visits and tours in all sites and museums within a city -- and he cannot escort you inside the monuments because this is not allowed by Italian Rules. If you require a Licensed Tourist Guide, the tariff will be considered an opzional.

• Accomplishments and additional options: This tour is strongly not recommended for people suffering from cardiovascular diseases or for people who are not physically and mentally fit to participate in the excursion. Participants are aware of the risks that can be associated with the participation in the activity and are asked to sign a disclaimer of liability (see form on our Website) as a necessary condition for taking part in the tour. The tour can be adapted and/or canceled following the unappealable decision of the organizer barring exceptional circumstances such as: bad weather conditions, alteration of the state of roads, rock-falls, landslides, flooding on a part or on the total area of the paths, bad medical conditions of one or more participants. In the above-mentioned cases, the organizer does not refund the Clients owing to partial or total changes to the services. Clients will be able to arrange a new excursion date directly with the organizer without additional charge. CANCELLATION POLICY: the deposit is not refundable in any case. Days Prior to Departure Cancellation Fees: 60 or more days Euros 100,00; 59 - 45 days 25% of the Tour cost; 44 - 15 days 50% of the Tour cost; 14 - 8 days 80% of the Tour cost; 7 - 0 days 100% of the Tour cost.
