Etna Aromatic Experience: Scents of Sicily

Discover an authentic experience on the slopes of Mount Etna, in the heart of eastern Sicily, surrounded by unique landscapes and breathtaking views. This experience is dedicated to discovering aromatic herbs and typical Mediterranean maquis plants, taking visitors on a journey through nature, local traditions and authentic flavours.

The experience begins with a welcome herbal tea, a relaxing introduction to the world of aromatic plants. You will then enjoy an educational session, featuring videos and images that illustrate the cultivation, harvesting and processing techniques of aromatic herbs.

Next, a guided tour will take you around the farm, including a special visit to the charming aromatic herb garden, where you can enjoy an engaging sensory journey through the scents, colours and plants typical of the local area.

The experience ends with an engaging bruschetta lab, an interactive activity where each participant can create their own personalised bruschetta by choosing from a wide selection of aromatic herbs and extra virgin olive oil.

The tasting is accompanied by cured meats, cheeses, olives, water and a glass of wine, for a delicious finale featuring the authentic flavours of Sicilian tradition.
