Cake Design: Learn how to decorate cakes and pastries, creating several different shapes with sugar paste. You will study both creativity and technique. You will learn the basics of decorating together with the main tools to use for simple decorating.
Carving and Decorating: Learn how to create realistic flower and decorations. A professional chef will teach you how to create original decorations and centrepieces to impress your guests or make a special gift.
The course will be held in a cooking school based in Catania.
Duration: about 8 hours -
