Street food: Gastronomic tour in Palermo

This tour is available only in English. Afternoon tours in Italian are available on request, starting at 2:00 PM, from Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 4 participants.

Not everyone knows that Palermo is considered one of the street food capitals of the world: food available at any time of the day and night. This experience is not only a food tour, but also a true historical tour, allowing you to discover monuments, traditions, and local curiosities. The itinerary follows unconventional routes, not only along Palermo’s most famous streets, but also through its most authentic and characteristic areas.

You will taste several street food specialties such as sfincione, panelle, arancina, and crocchè. For dessert, you will enjoy the iconic Sicilian cannolo.

The culinary specialties will be enjoyed at the best local fry shops, street vendors, and traditional taverns — all places far from mass tourism.

Historical attractions along the tour include: Piazza Verdi, Capo Market, Church of the Immaculate Conception, Sant’Agostino Market, Vucciria Market, Quattro Canti, and Ballarò Market.
