Enjoy a full day on Mount Etna immersed in the Sicilian food and wine tradition. Sicily is a land of colors, aromas, and above all… flavors!
You will spend about two hours in the kitchen with our chef preparing three traditional Sicilian recipes: homemade pasta with its sauce, a meat main course, and a dessert chosen by the chef.
The cooking class will take place at the renowned Cottanera winery on Etna, in Castiglione di Sicilia (about 40 km from Taormina). The management will be happy to guide you through the winery and vineyards, showing you the wine production process. After the cooking class, a lunch or dinner will follow, during which you will taste the dishes you prepared along with other local specialties, all accompanied by 3 excellent wines produced on site!

Each participant will receive an apron and a recipe booklet.
