Offers details
The Serracozzo cave, at 1851 m altitude, is one of the largest lava flow caves in the world, which was generated during the 1971 eruption.
The hike will begin after a briefing, with an easy trek, with an experienced guide, through a wood full of birches. After about 1.5 km you will reach the valley where the Serracozzo cave is located. Afterwards, you can choose to continue your experience with a trek to the panoramic viewpoint Belvedere di Serracozzo, at an altitude of 2,100 m, from where you can enjoy the Valle del Bove and the Crateri Sommitali.
On request, it is possible to organize pick-up from the hotel or flat with a small extra charge to be quoted depending on the distance from the meeting point.
